Monza Palace Hotel - Natal

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, hot water in shower, great room size.

Nothing to complain about.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options. the size of the rooms was impressive, and having two air conditioners was convenient. the hotel's location to nearby restaurants and shopping centers was beneficial.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. the absence of Wi-Fi was also an inconvenience, causing frustration in planning the next day's itinerary.

The size of the room was incredible, it was more than I expected. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was a highlight of each morning, there was plenty of food to choose from and it was all delicious. The location was perfect, close to all of the main sights in the city and easy to get around.

The pool was located at street level and it was too noisy and busy to be enjoyable. Also, there were a few missing items in the room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Finally, the Wi-Fi was not available in the hotel but there were several cafes nearby that had it available.

In terms of location, the hotel is situated close to a busy highway and a large avenue, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, and supermarkets. Rooms come equipped with air conditioning, making it comfortable to stay despite the heat outside. the breakfast provides a wide range of options to choose from. On the downside, the hotel does not offer Wi-Fi service, which may be inconvenient needing to stay connected.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The room was spacious and had two air conditioners, two TVs, and a great breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst aspects? No issues.
